Product Overview

Pre-milled Ti-blanks compatible with Straumann TL™ are designed for Straumann TL bone-level implant platforms. They are prefabricated titanium substrates for dental CAD/CAM milling of custom abutments in digital dental laboratories. The implant interface is pre-machined with high precision at the factory, so no further machining is required on the connection area. Only the superstructure needs to be milled by CNC machines to fabricate one-piece custom titanium abutments rapidly. Suitable for restorative cases in anterior aesthetic zones and posterior functional zones, it enables the full digital workflow from intraoral scanning, CAD design to milling fabrication.

Product Material

Medical-grade TC4 titanium alloy with uniform and stable internal microstructure and excellent mechanical strength, meeting long-term loading requirements for dental restorations.
