Select an appropriate V-shaped drill and insert it reversely into the implant handpiece.
Set the rotation speed to 20N (do not set it too high) and ensure the drill rotates in the reverse direction.
Insert the drill into the positioner, then hold the high-speed handpiece with your hand to bring the V-shaped drill into contact with the broken screw.
Start the handpiece at a low speed to rub the broken screw and pull it out.
