Product Overview

Healing Abutment compatible with Nobel™ is specially designed to fit the Nobel™ implant system and precision-cut from medical-grade TC4 titanium alloy. Applied during the soft tissue healing period after implant surgery, the product guides and trims gingival tissues around the implant, shapes a smooth and natural transmucosal contour, and establishes a stable and healthy soft tissue cuff for subsequent final restorations such as crowns and bridges. Multiple specifications are available to adapt to different gingival thicknesses and cover a variety of conventional clinical implant cases.

Product Material

Medical-grade TC4 titanium alloy processed by high-precision CNC turning and milling. It has a clean and flat surface, excellent biocompatibility and corrosion resistance in the oral environment. It causes low irritation to the peri-implant mucosa and can perform stably for a long time in the moist oral environment.

Scope of Application

This product is compatible with the Nobel™ implant system for gingival contouring and soft tissue management during implant osseointegration. It is suitable for single crown and multi-unit fixed bridge restorations, and can be used for various implant restoration cases in anterior aesthetic zones and posterior functional zones.

Product Advantages

High-precision Interface Matching: Precisely machined according to the connection structure of the Nobel™ implant platform. It features smooth passive seating and tight interface fitting, holds firmly during healing, reduces interface micromovement and prevents disturbance to the implant osseointegration process.

Biomimetic Anatomical Contour Design: Its shape conforms to the anatomical form of natural tooth neck, evenly supporting gingival margins and papillae, maintaining soft tissue tension, lowering the risk of gingival collapse and recession, creating a natural and attractive transmucosal profile to meet the aesthetic restoration demands of anterior teeth.

Smooth Low-adhesion Surface: Precisely milled surface reduces plaque adhesion and accumulation, lowers the incidence of postoperative soft tissue inflammation and creates a favorable environment for soft tissue healing.

Strong Clinical Adaptability with Multiple Specifications: A wide range of diameter and gingival height combinations allow clinicians to select flexibly based on patients’ gingival biotype, implant depth and restoration area to address diverse clinical mucosal conditions.

Stable Strength with One-piece Machining: Integrally cut by CNC machining, it features high structural strength, resists deformation throughout the healing period and delivers continuous and stable support for gingival soft tissues.

Simplified Subsequent Restoration Procedures: The well-formed gingiva after healing reduces secondary soft tissue trimming, optimizes impression-taking and final prosthesis fabrication workflow, and improves the precision and fitting performance of the final restoration.
